I'm planing to jump up on an anti-parasitic diet,but..some questions I have and need fair answers to.

How meat(chicken) and eggs doesn't feed them?

I see opposing comments of people here in,doesn't give me a right conclusion,It just left me befuddled.

1. Does chicken or eggs really not feed the parasites/worms?

2. If it doesn't feed them,then should I eat raw meat and eggs or fully cooked?

I really need the answer.
