Not sure if either of those will work but I posted my Saliva and blood test results from ZRTLabs http://curezone.com/ig/i.asp?i=71738 .  I am having the symptoms of adrenal fatigue.  I went to see a chiropractor/nutritionist that does contact reflex analysis.  He said my I had adrenal fatigue and put me on about 10 different supplements.  They were the Standard Process supplements.  Some were inexpensive, others were too much money for me.  I also had issues with almost all of them having animal products in them and I couldn't find much info on where the animals really come from or if they were even healthy ones.  Seems like a bad idea to put a bunch of effort into my health, then take supplements derived from random animals.

I eat very healthy, do not have enough energy to exercise but walk and chase 2 kids around.  I get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. I have had issues with PTSD, low energy, constipation, being hormonal, fibrocystic breasts, constant lower back pain, feeling dehydrated and drained all the time, not refreshed by naps or sleep, nightmares, dry scaly patches on my knees and the tops of my big toes, yeast infections every few months (this one is gone after doing flushes), racing heart beat, hypoglycemia, weepiness, and who knows what else.

After trying the Standard Process supplements for about 3 months I gave up and switched to different, similar ones from Amazon.  I am currently taking a bunch of supplements and not sure what to do anymore. After reading different books on how to feel better I began supplementing with different things.

In the past I've tried: (Reading From Fatigued to Fantastic) Doctors Best D-Ribose, Coffee Enemas, Doctors Best Magnesium, Now Foods L-Tyrosine, Doctors Best CoQ10, Match green tea powder.  During this time, I was getting the yeast infections every few months so I tried to doing liver flushes and then using wormwood complex thinking I might have parasites.  I has some stuff come out of me that looked like parasites, even put a full worm looking thing in a stool sample and the doctor told me the results came back negative for parasites.  I am a Veteran so I go to the VA hospital for everything unfortunately.  I had a flex sigmoidoscopy done, results came back fine.  Nothing to tell, the primary doc said she would refer me to the GI clinic, no word a month later.  E-mailed her and she said they should call me in the next 10 days, sorry about that.

Yeast infections stopped, started going to the chiro and got the standard process supplements.  Didn't see much of a change after taking the supplements for over a month.  The one thing that did change was I started waking up at 6 am and feeling wide awake.  Not necessarily energetic, just awake.  He said that was progress and kept treating me, changing the doses on supplements every couple of weeks.  No relief on any of the other symptoms.  The last appointment he said we might think about doing some testing through labs to make sure there isn't something missing.  He said he would make a tincture for me that should help with energy, never heard back from him, didn't feel like wasting any more money there.

Here I am now, taking a bunch of supplements and I got the test results back from ZRTlab saying my pg/e2 ratio was low, and low vitamin d.  Everything else was in the normal ranges.

What I'm currently taking daily (after getting the lab results and reading stuff online):

1 - Country Life Zinc 50mg

1 - Nutrigold Vitamin D3 5,000 IU

3 - Nutrigold Fenugreek Gold (One with each meal for constipation)

2 - Doctor's Best Magnesium 2x daily

2 - Now foods C-1000 (vitamin c sustained release)

2 - Vitamin Code Raw B-complex

2 - Vitamin Code Healthy blood (around my period for iron)

1 - Healthy Origins Natural Probiotic

Just started a few days ago:

2 - Nature's Way Dim-plus 2x daily, breakfast and dinner

1/4 teaspoon morning and night Kokoro Balance Creme Progesterone

1 Seriphos before bed.

Does anyone know if I am on target?  My boyfriend thinks I am a nut for eating so healthy and taking all these supplements.  He thinks I am just depressed and need to talk to someone about my PTSD.  He even went as far as saying I'm a hypochondriac that might have something wrong with me.  I feel like there is some underlying problem that can be fixed to help me feel better.

I've tried anti-depressants in the past and they seem to suppress some of the tiredness but don't work for long.

Other symptoms I forgot to write about: Cystic acne on neck and jawline.
