I finished 10 days of The Master Cleanse and started the oj on day 11. I made the veggie soup with the intention of eating it on the evening of day 12, but couldn't resist and ate it on day 11. On Day 12 I ate the soup, carbwell cookies, cashews, candy. YOu name it, I ate it. Did I undo all the good of the mc by not coming down properly? I have counseled myself to drink the oj tomorrow and the soup for supper. I don't want to gain back the 13 lbs I lost. Thanks.
