This is a list of what I've taken internally for candida issues:

*Oregano Oil capsules- Awesome stuff!
*Coconut Oil- also wonderful for leaky gut
*Turmeric- also great for intestinal issues (leaky gut, IBS, crohn's)
* Colloidal Silver
*ACV w/baking soda
*Food grade H202- haven't used in years b/c I had a bad reaction. I hear it works wonders though.
*Borax (NOT Boric Acid), boron would be a good alternative. Use sparingly.
*High potency probiotics

The important thing is to rotate anti-fungals every few weeks so the candida doesn't get resistant.
