Get Andreas' book, you will be amazed at the good info in it, I will check out my copy when I have a chance regarding the citrus juice, the oil is what stimulates the bile so hopefully others will chime in with their views as I am somewhat new to flushing (done 3)...it sure would solve your dilemna though!
