I did not see this post until now. I hope you are doing better. I do not know what the black specs are. It sounds like you are dealing with what people are calling Morgellans. I recommending liver flushing, blood cleansing herbs, and herbs to rebuild the liver. You can find which ones to buy on CZ or Google. Do trial and error to find out which herbs work best for you. Have you tried Oxycleanse for the bowel cleansing? Triphala? I would rather do enemas than use laxatives because when the laxatives stop working you will have an even bigger problem as they are doing nothing to cleanse and rebuild your liver. Indeed, they may be wearing it out more quickly.
