Hi There,

Ive been taking about 120/150 mgs of Iodine daily for 7 months. the past 6 weeks my hair has been falling out WAY more than usual. I initially stopped taking selenium, and had no shedding at all for a couple weeks.

Then bang, hot/sweaty neck, sore throat, and after a couple weeks it started to shed quite a lot! I started eating a couple brazil nuts daily and cut down to about 100mgs daily, and while my throat doesnt hurt anymore, I still am shedding quite a bit.

Any suggestions on what to do??
