I just am reading "Why Stomach Acid is Good for You" by Dr. Jonathon V. Wright, MD. It might change your whole idea on things such as gastritis. Also, I'm not sure you have to even add the lemon juice, I thought the grapefruit suggested in the Andreas Moritz protocol was for flavor only, as drinking the oil alone is not too pallatable...best of luck!
