I enjoy yogurt BUT its potency isnt usually as high as you would want to use to get candida under control.

Typical yogurt has less than 100 cfu’s per 2 quarts or more of yogurt.

Many folks will find ideally they will be taking upwards of 250 billion or more cfu’s a day probiotics when they first start.
