Also the frequent urination, water goes right through etc.
Electrolyte problem; boron helps as it make the body retain the needed magnesium, which governs some hundred enzyme reactions.
Very important for the adrenals, so are vit C!!

Taking magnesium is not as easy as it would seem; I took it for years with little effect. I was terribly low, but my body didnt seem to utilize it.
Then the boron, also right form of magnesium, and voila:)
