If you are chronically low in sodium, it is only one thing to do IMO; load up!

-low electrolytes, sodium, potassium may as well be the cause of tachyardia. Tossing Iodine in a low electrolyte body, it is like stirring it all up.
Iodine cannot do it all alone. It has a tendency to reveal all deficiencies, but are frequently being accused for being the cause of symptoms!
