I knew what Sucanat was and also familiar with MR Bs recomendation of Sugar cane juice. I was just curious why you used it. So from what I gather from your post it's a flavor thing. I love the flavor of the syrup so I see no sense in trying the Sucanat.
Can't say about whether you're "improving it" but I would say that you're changing it. I can see the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) thing for the blood preassure reasons but I have also heard of folk with HBP soing it succesfuly so I'm sure that it's and individual case by case thing. The lax tea that's also a case by case thing. I say the main thing is to keep the eliminations going to get the toxins out.
Now the ACV thing is where the "chnaging" of the Master-Cleanse part comes in. The Master-Cleanse being a mono diet more than a fast technically, adding "anything" thing that will activate different digestive juices etc does "change" things that can interfere with how the Master-Cleanse is supposed to work. But hey whatever floats your boat ;+D
From having read your posts I know that you are well informed and have appreciated your logic very much. I even asked that your post regarding the importance of preparing for a fast be included in the fasting FAQs. I also cut and paste some of your points regarding fasting and weightloss everytime newbies come here with the notion that the MC is a weightloss diet with no clue to the maintance required post fast for the weightloss to be effective.
