I keep getting over years and very spread out itchy (rash?) not that noticeable visible, and now chapped lips with it. I did have strawberries in a salad. I take hot showers too. I also have some allergy to cheese although usually just gassy/upset stomache unless I'm seriously stressed somehow. I've broken out when I'm pregnant (and older at the time also) and now that I've started a business... Not sure what it is either. I think it is a perfect storm type of thing - low immunity due to a major stressor combines with an allergy (ies).
