It aggravates my bladder and gives me bladder infections too. I feel inflammation throughout my bladder and goes down my leg. Takes a few weeks to heal from it. Too bad. It used to do me good, but then I became sensitive to it. Not sure why. Happened with Iodine too. Boo :(
