Fantastic that you're expelling them. Im also a vegetarian! it's really disheartening to get pinworms. Im now a vegan and have cut out all dairy too.

How much DE do you take a day? I have only just started with the DE. Im doing two teaspoons a day, but thinking I should up the dosage to a tablespoon? or more?! Has the DE made you expel worms? or were you expelling anyway?

I hope you expell and then manage to build your immunity up to never get them again. I don't believe it's true that we get them for life. If we make our bodies hostile enough, they shouldn't thrive or survive, I really do recommend the garlic, sliced and drank with water (like its a tablet). Glad you are expelling and getting over the worst. It is very depressing and the most awful thing! Good luck :)
