A smell of faeces/feces with no obvious cause most likely.

Faecal/fecal body odour.

I would guess that it could be caused by a digestive problem which is allowing faeces smell from the bowel to enter the lymphatic system which releases it to the outside.

Probably due to leaky gut.

A mood disturbance and irritability indicates liver stress which goes along with leaky gut.

I doubt it has anything to do with Candida.

Investigate changing your diet and paying attention to any changes because it might help to reduce it until you can sort out the cause.
