I don't know. I just Googled around and some people are saying that Nystatin and fluconazole did nothing for them. Although there are some people who say that the antifungal cream and/or oral antifungal medication helped--or even cured--them, there narratives are not convincing and are likely BS. I suppose it couldn't hurt though.
