I have experienced adrenal flare up recently and Vit. B complex I find is essential to help with andrenal issues. I take the Advanced B complex from AOR - my naturopath recommended 2 X3/day (twice the posology and I slack when my symptoms are better)
+ adrenal supplements (but I stay away from licorice due to potassium issues - symtom: upper back shoulder blade pain

Clean diet = Good job-
Feelings of panic = vit B
light head L-Taurine (away from meals)

See an ostheopath for you neck

And potassium is something to keep watching for with licorice intake - they do not agree.

Bloating= enemas + strict diet.
