Yeah smoking it doesn't haha just helps you stress less about it lol.

Yeah I'm gonna try it for 30days too. I've started to take one first thing in the morning on an empty stomach as one before bed like you suggested!

I really do think it's linked to bad digestion, the liver and possible the large intestine which plays a big role in skin health!
