Hi, I have the same issue. However, not oh can I not walk forward without difficulty in my dreams, I can't in real life either. I find that in an attempt to get things done at a normal pace, I turn around and am able to walk backwards perfectly. I feel like a total dork, but it works. My neurologist has finally told me it must be psychogenic.
