Yes, it's the Paleo diet that makes all those crossfitters so buffed and ripped! Foolish about all those rumors saying it's steroids and other performance enhancing drugs that's making them look so fit.

Even high-carb/low-fat advocate Durianrider thinks the sport of crossfit is totally clean:
