I'm in the same boat.
4+ years of high dose iodine.
Originally 32mg potassium Iodide a day more recently 20-40mg of Iosol a day.
Selenium, brazil nuts, 6g C a day, magnesium, etc.

Honestly no noticeable resolution of my health issues.

Currently I'm on a course of clindamycin and having better results to persistent skin issues than anything I've tried in a decade of full steam alt med.

Not that I plan to drop most of it but the high dose Iodine doesn't seem to be something benefiting me.
