OK so obviously this doesn't happen to everybody but it has happened to me.
I take 2 mg copper with 60 mg zinc every day and have for a few years.
I started taking boron I think a bit more then a month ago.
I have been feeling crappy with the worst insomnia and a frontal headache that has gotten so bad this past week and only yesterday did I realize it was copper and only in the last hour I found that boron increases copper in the body.
Some of u may have seen my last post where I asked about raising selenium u can check it here:

Selenium is probably part of the problem but boron I think is the main culprit here.
Now this isn't the first time I made an error in supplementing and I'm not blaming anybody here but what I want to know is how can I lower my boron levels quickly.
Obviously I'm stopping with the boron and I doubt I'll ever touch it again.
Now I also have to lower my copper and I'm not going to take my zinc and copper for a few days.
I feel like crap I even started taking tramadol cause the headaches got so bad.
I'm just really glad to of found this out as now I know why if been so messed up for the past few weeks and boy did it go far.
I found this post here which explains a similar problem:
//www.curezone.org/forums/am.asp?i=1986261
The guy there says to use msm/sulfer to lower boron but I don't have any of that handy but I will next week.
Maybe I'll try real hard to get it from my mom tomorrow who has some but its a long trip.
Any other suggestions? I want this boron out asap and I want to be unsick soon.
