Thanks for your reply, sorry for my late one, had a bad few days.

You've mentioned some points of ME d) but your missed the low adrenal function, which causes the anxiety, which is why the magenisium and Sugar (apple juice) is a concern.

Thanks for the extra non magnesium flush, Im going to start some prep days over the weekend.

Will let you know how I get in, might be valuable to other extremely sensitive people wanting to try their first one!
