Dear fatchilli,

I am happy to read your mucus story . I am a Chinese . Please keep on OP and expelling mucus.
In our ancient Chinese medical theory, mucus is a bad staff in our body, which will eventually lead to serious health problem ,if mucus is accumulated in body.

When we apply a natural treatment , our body are very smart, we will feel like we get some illness. That is a good thing. That is our body trying to expel some disease which have been hidden secretly in our body for a long time and will erupt one day. Forgive my limited expression in English. Hope you can get it what I am trying to say 
