I'm on day 7 of the Alkaline water. I currently intake a PH level of 9.0 throughout the day. I drink a cup of 11.5 before bedtime to improve my sleep. I use a spray bottle with an acid water at a level of 2.5 and I spray it throughout the day on the shingles breakout site. So far it's drying it out without any burning or effects like the ones that can come from hydrogen peroxide. I'm also on a veggie, fruit, nut diet. When I don't feel well I drink more water. When it clears completely I'll repost. Be well.
