Guys,

I took 5 g of sodium ascorbate orally and activated charcoal. Next day, I passed this in the toilet.

I've kept up with sodium ascorbate 2-5 g a day orally as I get a chance. I've been sore and some parts itch and seem irritated. It only lasts for a few minutes and then go away. How should I go about treating it? Is it something serious?
