Grizz, have you tried the H202 in a nebulizer? I've done the spray pump method but it left my lungs kind of irritated. I wonder if using it in a nebulizer would be more effective and/or gentle? I'm wondering if alternating between CS, nascent Iodine and H202 would provide an even more therapeutic approach...as I'm sure they all kill pathogens in different ways.

So far, I've nebulized CS and nascent iodine. The CS left my lungs feeling much better just minutes after nebulizing. The nascent Iodine (3 drops in distilled water) has left my lungs a tad more tight than before I nebulized. I'm wondering if the Iodine is displacing the fluoride left by my asthma inhalers and that's causing my discomfort.

I wonder if increasing the nascent iodine in the nebulizer would "push" all the bromide and fluoride out of my lungs quicker? Kind of like how I've increased my Iodoral to avoid heavy detox (btw, that's going MUCH better)....Do you have any thoughts?
