I still eat the natural food, but it alone couldnt meet my body`s need for vitamin c. So, the biggest mistake was to believe that ascorbic acid wasnt real vit C.
Low resistance to infections was one of the symptoms. A prolonged detox from Iodine another.
Easy bruising, long time for healing cuts, gum inflammation/ bleeding etc etc.
