i too have gained wiehgt. it's been 7 months or more now, and I have a hard time shedding it. could be only 5 pounds, but it's annoying.

my theory, is that a lot of my stomach issues are gone since i started lugols, and now instead of food flowing through me like a river, im actually digesting it, which in turn may mean i will put on more weight as a result. not ideal, but i have a lot of other benefits, so it's hard to complain. i just have to watch what i eat i guess.
