i will start to use biotin in my pyroluria treatment. I did some research on internet and after read anne buzelli protocol and some experiences there, i decided to use 4000 mcg daily.If anyone alrealdy take it, i want you to share your experience with me and our friends here.
My protocol is the following :

P5p : 30 mg
optizinc : 15 mg
B5(pantothenic acid): 600 mg
vitamin C : 1g
NAC : 1000 mg
lipoic acid : 300 mg
methionine : 200 mg (i dont recommend methionine for everyone, cause overmethylated people must not take it)
B3 : 40 mg (niacin/niacinamide mix)
Biotin : 4000 mcg (i will start today)
add complex B

I will add primrose oil, cause its essencial for almost all pyrolurics.
