I used Silverbiotics, 10 ppm. Didn't dilute it at all. Their website said you can nebulize for up to 15 min. I only did for about 10 min. I've nebulized with it a total of 3 times and can tell a difference with my lungs. No longer have an itchy throat and lungs, which really strengthens my case that I most likely have candida/fungus in the lungs.

I was nervous at first, since I had never used Silver in that way before, but I'm happy I did! I think I'll notice even more improvement once I get my SSKI .
