I feel you dont understand M.E and Dysautonomia, which is understandable, even MD's have a hard time! but I can assure you the physiological problems are not anxiety based.

Unfortunately I have tried castor oil packs and they crash me very quickly, and the same with fasting for more than 2-3 hours.

I will give a mild coffee enema a shot though, as I have yet to try one.

I guess a Liver Flush maybe not for me in my current state of health :(
