i have these things coming out of me too. I took some pyrantel paste with ivermectin and almost EVERY bowel movement had these things coming out. Some people dont think they are worms but i think they are because since stopping my aniparasitic meds they havent came out of often.
i bet you feel better now that there out of u ;)
