the second day into it my breathing got a lot better. i had other benefits but they faded away. the easy breathing remains to this day.
soon after that i got into making Colloidal Silver . i was making it just fine but was making it way too thick. the info i had was that it had to be yellow to work. well, that is not right, per say, but it sure as hell worked for me to kill off the candida bloom in me. man did i ever sleep a lot.
pack to the present, Iodine is NOT a good fungus killer. neither is chlorine (MMS). candida finds ways around it. the real cure is CS (and a little oxygen).
people who dont have a CS maker and a nebulizer will regret it someday.
