Hi Everyone!

I am on day 7, of what was going to be 30 days, but my energy is still ridiculously low and the only thing that makes sense is that (due to the health stuff I'd been going through last year) I've become anemic. I'll finish off the last of the lemonade and will mix the next batch with blackstrap molasses. I did down a few spoonfuls last night, in hopes of upping my iron (which would explain the extended lethargy etc). This morning, when I did the swf, I was all excited because my poop was a medium brown (vs yellowish) and lighter than the initial swf with the regular mc lemonade. but then I realized it may just be from the molasses. We'll see how it goes! : 0 )
