Hello,

I have been lurking for a while and would like to start flushing my liver!

I have severe ME for three years and my system is very fragile and very weak. Maybe people on ME boards like Pheonix Rising had problems with the standard Liver Flush treatments being too powerful, especially with Epsom Salts so I want to avoid this really, as any setback for me can be very very bad.

Would any one be able to give me any advice or point me in the direction of a gentle flush?

I looked on here and it seems like the 7 day flush with olive oil, lemon juice and apples seems to be the most gentle? I have to watch Sugar due to Hypoglycemia but may be able to manage a few apples. Im ok with lemon water as I do this daily anyway.
