Hi there, we are at same boat here. After done 2 Andreas Mortiz LF's, combined with castor oil colon cleanse, I'm passing dark little (some bigger) hard lumps, 3 times per day! I saw some different poo (newer) being passed together with these balls! I guess this is old poo, and may be a good sign
