When that happened what did u do to reduce the selenium in your body and how long did it take for u to return to normal?

Also how much selenium were u taking and for how long?

Right now after about a week between 400-800 (now sticking with 600) I have woken up and my mind has come back.

Problem is I'm so full of energy now that I couldn't sleep even a.wink last night and I feel like crap.

Feels like a repeat of what happened when I first started supplementing Iodine and that went on for 5 days and it sucked real bad.
