My mom has MSM at her house which is a bit far.from here but maybe somebody can bring it.

My cousin gave it to her I told him I don't need it. Guess now it would help.

I do take NAC though which I believe has silver.

Although after a week at doses of 400-800 mg of selenium (600 for the past few days) I'm crazy full of energy I couldn't sleep at all last night it was horrible.

I think my thyroid went into overdrive or my body is readjusting to it waking up.

I hope this balances out soon I don't want to do this again cause when I first started Iodine it went like this for 5 days.

Although I think it was worse then this that time cause I was eating a lot of very dark chocolate which messed me up real bad.
