Girl you are giving me something to look forward to.

I am on day 3 and I think I am doing quite well except yesterday I had 1 BM and today I had none although I peed up a storm.

Somer what size were you when you went on your first fast?

I am hoping to get the same results. I am so tired of this huge truck tire around my waist (it's so embarrassing). I felt so good today. I wore a blouse that I couldn't fit just last week (fat arms). I noticed that I got a little noticed today. It felt great. I took a stroll on my lunch break to GNC and got some Colon Cleanse tea. I need to lose about 80 pounds. Although I know this is a cleanse and one of my primary reasons for starting is that I am starting to have health problems. One of the greatest side effects is the weight loss.
