I have been having some more intense symptoms than usual lately. I have been having dizziness when I walk and inner body vibrations. My right hand shakes a little bit and I feel constant anxiety.

I will have a spasm or uncomfortable feeling in upper stomach area and then shaking, which sometimes feels like a need to go to the bathroom (#2). I have wondered if I am having perimenopause so I am testing my hormone levels.

I feel off centered with brain fog and worry a lot about this. I had my blood work done and everything was within normal range except white blood cells were a little low.

I feel like I am constantly burping and full of gas when this happens. I also have Histamine Intolerance issues. I have been detoxing on and off for 4 years and the weird thing is my skin is finally clear and my tongue is pink which used to be white from Candida. At this point, you would think my energy would be better. Any suggestions?
