That's not something I would of thought to take, but I'll give it a try it's cheap to so why not!

That does make sense to me, because I was told SD is an over production of sebum/oil which the fungus supposedly feeds on. We release some of our toxins through sweating so the over production of oil could be like a form of sweating in a way which helps to release toxins but obviously in the wrong way.

Okay great thankyou :) I will order it as soon as possible and start it when I know I'll be able to relax and won't have to go out if I don't want to. Fingers crossed it works for the both of us let me know how you get on :)
