Haha yeah. It was quite ironic because one day I was walking home from College and for no reason at all fancied some Probiotic drinks. Bought some, drank it and it had amazing results. Kinda weird actually.

Regarding the Before/Afters, I can only find the before pictures. I took two at different periods, I think one was like early December, because it was november ish it started spreading to my forehead. (the images are forehead pics)
(I should warn people it's probably NSFW)

http://i.imgur.com/5eHndDj.png < that was probably mid December? Not too sure

Sadly, no afters. But as of right now I've got a few spots and that's it luckily. Just gotta push to rid the rest.

Haha a bittersweet for you & college then, eh?

An interesting fact is that babies who have Cradle Cap, which is Seb Derm (exactly the same) just a different name for children, can actually get it from Biotin deficiency directly.

It seems we think the same, I remember going to the Doc the first time and he told me oh it's incurable etc. And it really put me on a downer. Online, too, always said the same. That's until I looked into more "natural" ways to treat it. & eventually i landed up on Curezone.

You should definitely ask that person for some help, and if you got the time, to look up the symptoms of Candida. The problem is, there are so, so many. The way you'll know if you got it is by having multiple symptoms. I used this.

No problem. If you're on any steroid ointments/shampoo etc. still take them, but slow it right down. Don't stop straight away.

edit: I suggest taking a good multi vitamin with zinc/iron/calcium/copper too. In fact the best one, funnily enough, i found was a "mum to be multi vitamin" for pregnancy haha. Really cheap,
