try washing with salt water (Sea Salt or Pink Salt) - this basically dries the skin out but also takes away the food that the yeast/fungi/ mallasazia is feeding on so the fungi reduces - it seems this stops the cycle completely... then your skin normalises and and balances out by producing only the right amount oils to naturally moisturise your skin! I used the salt water to wash my face as well. results are supprisingly spectacular - within 3 days SD on face and chest had disappeared
