I'm glad you've managed to get rid of yours! So you suggest buying VSL#3, would I need to use it everyday? I use to drink Yakult when I was quite small, my little sister was obsessed with them! I never really thought about them having an effect on my SD. So that's really all you used to clear yours? Definitely going to try them out.

I try to stay away from junk food as much as possible but I'm a girl so I do get tempted occasionally by chocolate.

Thankyou!!! It definitely is awful at this age, you want to go out and do things and then when you get a flare up you feel like you have to imprison yourself until it dies down to a less noticeable state it's horrible!
