hey man. i've been dealing w leaky gut induced autoimmunity n vertigo for years. i'd rather have lost an arm than go thru this. it's that bad. finally getting better. i tried all apex gut n th2 supps, everything in the book, seacure, shilajit, zinc carnosine, every damn gut fixing blend. all i do now is eat chicken and broccoli. salt, basil, sweet potato, grass fed plain beef, even digestive enzymes, throw me spinning. sucks. i've seen multiple functional neurologsts and functional med docs. finally the guy who helped me is named jesse stoff in long island ny. he's an md w immunology but he also studied naturopathy n knows a lot abt the gut n immune system. he said switch up probiotics, stay dairy free in the pro biotics, nac n acetyl cystine 1200mg 3-4 times per day for detox. and glutamine. that's all i take. nothing else helps. even fish oil pills throw me off. email me sometime would love to share insight. we shall overcome!
