I dont know how old you are but a lifetime of nutrient deficiencies is to blame for most peoples problems.

You got where you are today by not getting enough of something, likely Iodine is just one of your shortfalls. Iodine, like all nutrients, isnt something you take until your fixed its life long consumption to maintain health and lack of getting what your body needs will result in relapse of of previous symptoms or addition of new symptoms. If your diet isnt providing your body what it needs then you have to get it elsewhere.

You dont just eat until full and never eat again, nutrition is the same you have to reach nutritional sufficiency AND KEEP IT.

It takes 6-12 months or more for your body to build up Iodine sufficiency, healing will take place during the time but may take longer as well. You cant build a house without all the raw materials and your body cant heal itself without all the raw materials.
