Okay, I took 50mg iodoral for a little over a month. Bloating, followed by my waist getting only slightly thinner, but no actual weight loss.

I upped it to 75mg yesterday and today. Now what do I get? Bloating again - my pants are tight. Lovely.

I'm taking Super Cortisol Support to help my adrenals, and co-factors like a B vitamin complex, selenium, magnesium and zinc every day.

How long until I see real results? The only really noticeable thing was at first there was candida die-off symptoms, but then they stopped. I didn't improve after that. I also got a bruise on the arm that disappeared in a few days.

It seems to me like whatever it did, it's not doing anymore.

When does this become truly effective?
