Just to clarify I was not saying to rely on food for all your nutrients I just know people that eat crap and expect 5g of Vit C to do wonders for them. I really like the alkaline dieting and feel you get better results supplementing and eating VERY healthy. I ate Terrible until the last 2 years and notice when I splurge I start to feel crappy agian ( lethargy/mood)
